We're transforming the old Doro Fixtures warehouse downtown into a scene from the Tokyo underground with a live performance and karaoke lounge by TOMBOi. The following chefs will serve their versions of ramen:

Waylon Rivers, Black Sheep Restaurant
Steve Grimes, CRANE RAMEN
Ian Fleischmann, IL DESCO
Donald Makoto Sinkichi Dean, Restaurant Orsay
Rick Laughlin, Salt @ The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island
Sam Efron, Taverna San Marco
David Chen of Kazu Sushi Burrito will serve sushi burritos (yes, you read that right!) and Calli Marie Webb of BREW Five Points is baking matcha green tea sweet treats.
Representatives from the Jacksonville Japanese School will act as our ramen judges for the night.

There will be a cash bar featuring sake, beer and wine presented by The Chef's Garden Catering and Events. All bar proceeds will be donated to Friends of Hemming Park.
Each ticket gets you entrance into the event, food and live entertainment and includes all taxes and gratuity. Sake, beer and wine will be available at a cash bar.
